The majority of our communications take place via the "Pro Care" Software App. This is where you will register your child and receive registration or waiting list confirmations.

During the school year, staff will use this app for correspondence with families. The app allows you to receive and send messages to the staff on site at your students location. It sends notifications when your child checks in,  when your child checks out and who checked them out.

The App also shows what activities were specific to your child during the day.

 

Upon registration, please download the Pro Care App to your phone. You will receive an email that contains a code that will link your student's account to our program. Please keep your eyes out for this email, as each student code is unique.
